Most people can. There are reports of some individuals will suffering from an effect known as "electroporation" where the cells can absorb more of your supplement or herb and may have a pronounced effect. We have been using the BEcks Zpper in our Clinic since 1995 and have never seen this effect! We recommend you start off Zapping for only 15 minutes and see how you react over the next day. If you feel significantly different you would be wise to stop your supplements, wait a few days and start again.
Either you have a flat battery or your skin has become less sensitive. It is typical with prolonged Zapping for your skin to become less sensitive.
