it is straight forward physics; the electricity will pass at skin level

IF YOU SIMPLY CONSIDER WHERE THE SOTA UNIT TRIES TO ZAP THE BLOOD THE ONLY LOGICAL CONCLUSION YOU CAN COME TO IS THAT IT REALLY ONLY ZAPS THE SKIN!!
*** We carried out tests by inserting a needle electrode in to flesh to try and detect micro-currents; we were unable to detect anything after 5mm. The Wrist Arteries are 10 - 15mm below skin depth no micro-currents were detectable.
