Gum Disease -receding gums re-growing

Method: 30mg  CoEnzQ10 taken with main meal of the day.

A patient male 50 year had been told by his dentist for 5 years that he had bad gum disease in the molar region of both and that he must floss every day and use Cortisol mouth wash when it got bad i.e. bleeding when scrubbing. This chat was very compliant and did just what the dentist told him. But despite this his gum disease was steadily getting worse and his gum disease scores were increasing.
This patient came to see about his raised blood pressure as he did not want to go on conventional medicine. I put him on 2 doses of Co enzyme Q10 30 mg as well as him give some dietary advice and exercise at this point he had not mentioned his gum disease to me. 2 months later he had another yearly appointment with his dentist. His dentist was shocked, his gum disease had all but disappeared, he had never seen this happen before, his gums had recovered in a way he had never seen, they had actually grown back up against his teeth.

A word of caution about quality.
One of my M.E. patient’s, had been using 3 doses of Co Q10 per day to give him enough energy to do his job.
