Can I leave it switched on while I am away?

What happens if a metal item touches the screen?

Nothing, this is ok

Can my body touch the screen?

This is okay, but it is best not to touch the layer of material between you and the screen.

Is it okay to put the screen under my mattress?

Not if your mattress has metal springs or it is thicker than 6". The metal in your mattress will block the field. You could make your mattress a bottom screen if your mattress has continuous springing i.e. the springs are all connected together.

Can I use an electric blanket?

NO, definitely not, the mains electricity in the electric blanket will completely disrupt the field from the Aura Cleanser.

What is a mattress pad?

In the UK this is known as a mattresss cover. The bottom screen should be within 6" of you, under a mattress pad is okay but not under the mattress.

Can I wear metal items?

NO, metal will block the electric field and should be removed (a wedding ring could be left on). Metal belts, zips, watches etc will block the field.

I s my clock radio going to effect the aura cleanser?

Yes. Keep all mains powered devices away from you when using the aura cleaner, the electrical field emitted from these devices will adversely affect the cleanser.
