What does it feel like?
A regular electrical 'thump' at the ankle pulse points. It is not unpleasant and you can adjust the level.
Why can't I take supplements and herbs while Zapping?
Most people can. Occasionally some individuals will suffer from an effect known as "electroporation" where the cells can absorb more of your supplement or herb and may have a pronounced effect. We recommend you start off Zapping for only 15 minutess and see how you react over the next day. If you feel significantly different you would be wise to stop your supplements, wait a few days and start again.
Why can't I feel the electrical thumping any more?
Either you have a flat battery or your skin has become less sensitive. It is typical with prolonged Zapping for your skin to become less sensitive.
How long should I Zap for?
We recommend building up by 15 minutess a week for three weeks until you have reached 1 hour per day. Carry on for another week at one hour per day. Rest one week and then Zap every three weeks with the fourth week off. However if at any stage you suffer a Herxiemer response (toxic overload where you feel low energy and heavy) rest for a few days to let your liver and kidneys clear out the toxic products in your blood.
Can I use the electrodes anywhere other than my ankles?
NO. We recommend using only your ankle pulse points for Beck's Zapping. It has a larger flow of blood than the wrists and so you will treat more blood.
Why should I drink so much water?
You should drink at least 2.5 liters of water every day - not fruit juice, tea, coke etc... This is to help your kidneys and liver clear your blood. This is important; help your body out!!! Please!!!
